Day 85

Some parts of justice are dramatic. They even seem glamorous. But what happens out of the spotlight is the most important work. Raiding a brothel is something that's easy to quantify. A victims progress in aftercare, however, is much harder to measure. And prevention, as well. How do you quantify something that didn't happen but could have? Rich Stearns, president of World Vision U.S., shared about this here. That's one thing that I really like about the organizations that we're supporting. They aren't only interested in the glamorous work. They're doing what it takes to make a lasting impact.
